POSITION SUMMARY
The Department of Art at North Greenville University is seeking a Professor of Art to teach courses in Photography, Drawing, and Engaging the Arts through Visual Art. This position is a full-time position (12 month). This position will begin August 1, 2025. Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Teaching classes as assigned
- Advising students
- Recruiting events as assigned
- General faculty responsibilities including committee assignments

- Visual Abilities: Read reports, create presentations and use a computer system.
- Hearing: Hear well enough to communicate with co-workers, and students.
- Dexterity, Grasping, Feeling, Write, type and use the telephone, copier, and computer systems.
- Mobility: Actively teach classes; move between departments and attend meetings across campus.
- Talking: Frequently convey detailed or important instructions and ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Cognitive/Emotional: Ability to critically think and concentrate.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position is a full-time position in Art Department. The position reports to the Department Chair.
