Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor

You will receive extensive and ongoing training and supervision in the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model as you work with families, youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement FFT as designed. Extensive research has proven the effectiveness of FFT.

Build Your Purpose.

As a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Supervisor some of the essential responsibilities include:

• Overseeing up to two teams of up to 4 FFT Therapists.
• Managing all incoming referrals to ensure the Therapists maintain a caseload of 4 to 6 clients at a time.
• Coaching FFT Therapists in implementing problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review and strategy revision procedure using the FFT Analytic Process.
• Facilitate all team/case management related meetings
• Review all case documentation, ensuring it demonstrates compliance with the nine FFT Principles and the FFT Analytic Process, and provide clear and concise feedback.
• Ensure Therapist document appropriate and timely communication with all referral sources n the sessions and contacts log
• Participate in all FFT training and consultation activities, incorporating feedback from these into the supervision proces
• Competitive Compensation: Receive compensation that reflects your experience and qualifications.
  • Associate Licensed: $64,521.83 - $73,229.08
  • Fully Licensed: $68,229.98 - $77,437.65
  • Piece Rate: $25/session
  • Compensation is dependent on education,licensure,experience, and other factors.

Experience (Preferred)

• Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic and functional) family therapies
• Individual therapy with children and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques
• Martial therapy using Behaviorally approaches
• Behavioral therapy targeting school behavior and academic performance
• Implementation of interventions within or between system in the youth natural ecology that affect or influence the behavior of youth (i.e. family, peer, school, and neighborhood).

Education (Required)

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field

Licenses & Certifications (Preferred)

• Therapists are preferred to hold a professional license or be working toward attaining a professional licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, etc)
