The Support Staff role combines the responsibilities of a Busser and Food Runner, ensuring seamless service for all guests. This position supports the service team by delivering food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with guest requests. Success in this role requires teamwork, organization, and a positive attitude to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Food & Beverage DeliveryÂ
- Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring accurate presentation and order completeness
- Announce dishes and beverages to guests upon deliveryÂ
- Follow allergy procedures and communicate any special instructions to guestsÂ
Table MaintenanceÂ
- Clear and reset tables within one minute, following restaurant specificationsÂ
- Remove dirty dishes, glassware, silverware, and debris promptlyÂ
- Crumb, wipe, and maintain table cleanliness throughout serviceÂ
Guest SupportÂ
- Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needsÂ
- Communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate team membersÂ
- Assist with wrapping leftovers and ensure proper packagingÂ
Operational SupportÂ
- Maintain service areas with adequate stock of service suppliesÂ
- Transport dirty dishes to dish areas and ensure proper disposal of trash and recyclablesÂ
- Complete assigned side work and ensure all cleaning tasks are performed according to standardsÂ

QualificationsÂ
- Ability to learn table and position numbers within one week of hireÂ
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to support the service team effectivelyÂ
- Positive attitude and willingness to handle guest interactions professionally and courteouslyÂ
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysÂ
Physical RequirementsÂ
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsÂ
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching
- Ability to move safely through all areas of the restaurant, including crowded or confined spaces

*This position is part of a Service Charge pay model and is compensated primarily through commission-based earnings from service charges on guest checks that are shared among certain front-of-the-house team members. This position may also receive tips from customers. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.
