At ReMarkets, the Security & Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the physical security and facility operations of the ReMarkets site. This position ensures the protection of people, property, and assets while maintaining a secure, clean, and efficient work environment. The Manager will coordinate with third-party vendors for security and facility maintenance, manage contracts and budgets, and provide operational leadership in emergency response and risk management.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Security Management
- Oversee contracted security personnel and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Serve as the primary contact for all security-related issues, incidents, and investigations.
- Conduct regular security audits, access control reviews, and risk assessments.
- Develop and enforce site security protocols, including visitor management and facility access.
- Respond to and coordinate appropriate responses to emergencies or incidents on site.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and vendor performance.
- Lead training and awareness initiatives to reinforce site security practices.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding physical security and facility management.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records to support audits or inspections.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company standards and requirements.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks to people, property, and assets through proactive assessments.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions or enhancements to mitigate identified risks.
- Coordinate investigations of theft, vandalism, or other incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Emergency Preparedness
- Develop, maintain, and regularly test emergency response and evacuation plans.
- Coordinate drills and training exercises for employees and contractors.
- Serve as the point of contact with emergency services and local authorities.
- Facilities Management
- Oversee facility maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds operations through internal staff and third-party contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for facilities-related services.
- Plan and schedule preventative maintenance for facility equipment, building systems, and company-owned/leased property.
- Manage facility-related budgets, inventory, and parts to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate building improvements, repairs, and capital projects.
- Manage and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (P.I.T.) equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
