ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Teach arts and crafts to participants of all ages and abilities in a safe and supportive environment.
- Maintain adequate inventory and supplies for all craft areas.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience.
- Anticipate, prevent, and respond effectively to safety concerns.
- Communicate with guests and team members in a professional and respectful manner.
- Use the computer system to assist guests with craft purchases and transactions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of craft programs.
- Assist with daily cleaning and organization of program spaces.
- Support other departments or program areas as needed.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in arts and crafts or a background in Art Education preferred.
- Experience working with children strongly desired.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Enjoys engaging with people in a collaborative setting.
- Must hold current First Aid and CPR certifications.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Work is primarily indoors in a craft studio environment with moderate noise levels.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity such as bending, lifting, or carrying materials up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent interaction with guests of all ages in a busy and dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
