ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Â
- Respond to inquiries from agents, insureds, mortgage companies and company personnel regarding policies, endorsements, billings and payments.
- Make appropriate response to written and verbal correspondence and obtain necessary information within prescribed limits of authority.
- Change payment plans on direct/agency billed policies.
- Accurately collect and process information for ACH, credit and debit card payments.
- Process refunds, agent statements and checks as needed.
- Approve reinstatements within prescribed limits of authority.
- Other duties as assigned.                       Â
