- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in Zero Trust design, architecture, or engineering
- Strong understanding of NIST 800-207, ARS 5.0, RMF, and federal ZTA implementation guidance
- Experience developing Zero Trust frameworks in federal, healthcare, or enterprise-scale environments
- Demonstrated success leading technical teams through implementation of secure access and segmentation strategies
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex architecture concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting CMS, CCIIO, or ACA-related IT programs
- Familiarity with identity federation, conditional access, endpoint posture enforcement, and data tagging
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or Zero Trust Specialist designations
- Hands-on experience with ZTA technologies including SASE, SDP, SIEM, IAM/PAM, and micro segmentation tools
- Knowledge of cloud-native ZTA solutions within AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments

The annual salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $170,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws.
