Role Summary:

RELI Group's Human Capital team is currently seeking a motivated and personable Recruiter to help contribute to a growing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in an environment that values teamwork and innovation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and excited to contribute to a dynamic team culture that drives organizational growth.

​​​Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and tracking, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and company culture
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, networking, and other creative channels
• Provide timely updates and feedback to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Attend local and virtual career fairs as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR function
• Government Contracting experience is a plus
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Clearance Jobs (preferred)
• Experience with Paycom ATS is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work on-site in Windsor Mill, MD on Tuesdays and Thursdays

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
