Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year
- SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Passion for working with neurodiverse pediatric population
- Competence with a variety of computer applications
- Competence with Central Reach

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to receive training in, and implement, de-escalation skills for clients
- Ability to lift or carry 30 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work in a variety of active positions, including on the floor during played-based therapy
Travel Requirements
- Some travel within assigned region for training, meetings and supporting client coverage needs.
