Qualifications & Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction project management required, 10+ years preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- PMP or relevant project management certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
- Extensive knowledge of general contracting and various construction disciplines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
