Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and obtain necessary information for billing with details of repairs needed. Review warranty of vehicle, generate a repair order and prepare it for dispatching
  • Utilize all necessary forms of communication to update customers on progress of the their repairs.
  • Obtain authorizations for repairs.  
  • Assist in filing and office organization.
  • Assist shop foreman and manager with department workflow

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and vendors.
  • Complete knowledge of in house business systems and along with other partner systems.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and maintain composure.
  • Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
