We are looking for a Temporary Full-Time Patient Care Coordinator for our Estero location, from November 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026.

Responsibilities - Front Office:
- Managing all front office duties:
- Answering phones and greeting everyone with a smile
- Computerized scheduling using WebPT
- Basic Microsoft Excel reporting
- Performing insurance verifications/authorizations
- Exception customer service
- Previous medical experience & understanding of medical insurance preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16 - $19/hr
