Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 8-10 years of experience in engineering, design, or construction management with a focus on transportation infrastructure and civil engineering.
- Strong background in personnel management, cost control, and financial oversight.
- A personal book of business or client network that can help support company growth and development.
- Extensive experience in the complete lifecycle of civil engineering programs, including operational aspects and services.
- Proven expertise in water, stormwater, and wastewater facility projects, with a strong understanding of permitting procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Associate degree in design/drafting or equivalent experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, processes, model coordination, and documentation.
Technical Skills:
- Autodesk Revit
- Civil 3D
- Navisworks
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus)
- CBIM (Certified Building Information Modeling)
- Associate degree in design/drafting or equivalent experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- BIM Pro Certification
- Autodesk Certified Professional
