Housekeeping and Maintenance

Semersky Enterprises, INC DBA Audi Exchange is looking to add a housekeeping team member to our excellent team of professionals. This is an hourly position, with pay starting at $16.00/hour with opportunities for merit based wage increases.

The Housekeeping employee will clean and maintain the dealership with a high attention to detail. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building(s) with high attention to detail.
• Ensures the guest waiting area is maintained and stocked, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria with high attention to detail. 
• Maintains a neat and orderly storage room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Washes interior glass and mirrors.   
• Assists in examining facilities for safety hazards; reports deficiencies to GM
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to keep the facilities clean and orderly.
• Ability to interact with staff and visitors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. 
• Must pass a background check.  
• Saturday availability is required

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
