About Us

At Office Ally, we’ve been revolutionizing healthcare administration since our inception. What started as a clearinghouse focused on simplifying insurance claims processing for healthcare providers has grown into a full-suite healthcare technology company. We offer a range of affordable, cloud-based solutions, from practice management to electronic health records (EHR), helping providers streamline their operations and reduce administrative burdens. With our freemium model, we provide free practice management software and cost-effective EHR solutions, allowing providers—whether solo practitioners or large groups—to focus on what matters most: patient care.

At the core of our company are four key values that guide our mission and work:

  • Ownership: We take pride in our responsibilities, driving results and taking accountability for the success of our projects.

  • Empowerment: We believe in giving our team the autonomy and support to make decisions that lead to innovative solutions.

  • Innovation: We continuously seek new and better ways to improve healthcare administration, embracing creativity and forward-thinking technology.

  • Transparent Communication: Open, honest communication is at the heart of our collaborations—internally and with our clients—ensuring alignment and trust.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team who will play a key role in driving Office Ally's marketing efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making through strategic marketing technology management and process optimization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing and executing marketing operations strategies that enhance campaign effectiveness, improve lead management processes, and provide actionable insights to drive marketing ROI. You will be a crucial member of our marketing team, collaborating with marketing, sales, and IT teams to implement and optimize marketing automation platforms, manage data quality and governance, and create reporting frameworks that drive business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Marketing Operations Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies that align with company objectives and drive measurable results through marketing automation, lead management optimization, and integrated marketing technology stack management.

  • Manage Marketing Technology Platforms: Own and manage platforms from implementation to optimization, including marketing automation systems, CRM integration, lead scoring models, campaign tracking, and marketing analytics dashboards.

  • Partner with Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement lead management processes, lead nurturing workflows, and marketing qualified lead (MQL) criteria that optimize conversion rates and accelerate pipeline velocity.

  • Build Scalable Infrastructure: Create and maintain marketing operations infrastructure including campaign templates, automated workflows, data cleansing processes, attribution models, and performance tracking systems that support marketing effectiveness and scalability.

  • Analyze Marketing Operations: Analyze marketing performance metrics and attribution data to optimize campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to leadership on marketing ROI, campaign effectiveness, and funnel performance.

  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales operations teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns and consistent data flow across systems.

  • Maintain marketing data governance: Manage database hygiene, segmentation strategies, compliance protocols, and data quality assurance to maintain accurate customer information and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Assess and Evaluate Vendors: Conduct marketing technology assessments and vendor evaluations to identify optimization opportunities, integration possibilities, and strategic technology investments that can enhance marketing capabilities and efficiency.

  • Create Impactful Content: Develop marketing operations documentation such as process guides, automation workflows, reporting templates, training materials, and best practice playbooks as needed.
