What You’ll Need

2+ years of experience in healthcare EDI operations, business analysis, or related role

Experience with healthcare EDI transactions and processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams

Strong track record of identifying challenges, interpreting data, and making informed decisions in fast-paced environmentÂ
Nice to Have

Experience working with an EDI clearinghouse or a claim adjudication system

Background in health technology or healthcare SaaS environments

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Healthcare Informatics with up to 2 years of relevant experience

Language Skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and business concepts

Mathematical Skills: Proficient in percentages, variances, and basic statistical indicators

Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace; familiarity with project or data analytics platforms preferred

Reasoning Ability: Able to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions in a fast-paced setting

Work Environment: Predominantly office-based with extended computer use; noise level is generally moderate
