Our Professional Relations Team is seeking a new member! 

The Physician Liaison is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory sales goals by using strategic sales tactics while performing face to face sales calls.  This position will primarily focus on growing referral volume to Radiology Ltd. outpatient imaging centers within the greater Tucson area.  Strong selling skills, effective business planning, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment are essential for success. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Radiology Ltd.
  • Gains in-depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry, its services, and the local competition within the market
  • Develops weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans
  • Leverages the Radiology Ltd. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and business intelligence tools to inform targeting and resource allocation
  • Execution of Radiology Ltd. marketing strategy
  • Management of monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral
  • Partners with the operations team at Radiology Ltd. outpatient imaging centers to ensure customer satisfaction and guide regional sales strategies
  • Understands and upholds all corporate compliance policies
  • Operates company vehicle to travel within the Tucson city limits and occasionally outside the market to attend meetings, sales calls, and other business activities. 
  • Completes other tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of direct outside sales experience in the healthcare sector within the Tucson market required.

 

Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Knowledge of and adherence to company policies and protocols
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA and safety guidelines
  • Knowledge of basic level computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of business principles and strong analytical abilities
  • Skill in organizing and prioritizing work and following assignments through to completion
  • Skill in written and verbal communication
  • Skill in using selling techniques to influence others and generate measurable results
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies

 

This is a safety sensitive, salaried position with a company car provided.
