QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Possesses excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated Computer literacy skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Possesses excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Familiarity with telephone systems preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- At least five years of experience in student finance operations with experience directing many different locations.
- Knowledge of principles, practices, methodology, and procedures for the provision of student financial aid.
- Knowledge of Federal and State financial aid laws.
- Ability to supervise and direct the activities of others.
- PC skills in Microsoft Office and financial aid software packages.
- Excellent mathematical and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to set priorities and deadlines and ensures projects are completed.
