ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The People Experience & Culture Partner provides key administrative support to HR and communications teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of programs and initiatives that enhance employee experience and promote company culture. This role will own background screenings and new hire orientation, assists with organizing employee engagement activities, managing communication logistics, and supporting culture-related projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, helping to foster a positive workplace by efficiently supporting efforts that align with the organization’s values and goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Onboarding and Documentation Support
- Own new-hire procedures, including onboarding, organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is correctly filled out and submitted to the appropriate persons.
- Complete I-9 forms, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
- Own background checks and pre-employment screenings, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Records and Compliance Management
- Ensure all HRIS records are accurately filed, maintained confidentially, and kept up to date.
- Maintain employee personnel files, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Adhere to company-enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations.

Processing Background Checks
- Own background screening and pre-employment checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Culture Development & Advocacy
-  Support efforts to champion the company’s culture by coordinating activities that align with organization’s values and goals.
- Assist in the Developing and the execution of programs and initiatives that promote employee engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
Internal Communications Support
Assist in developing and delivering internal communication efforts key business messages, company updates, and HR initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating content distribution across internal channels to ensure consistent and timely communication with employees at all levels
Employee Engagement Initiatives

- Support implementing engagement programs, surveys, and action plans in collaboration with HR leadership
- Help gather input and monitor participation to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for communication efforts related to organizational changes.
- Assist in preparing materials, coordinating distribution, and ensuring employees receive timely and accurate information during transitions.
Employee Feedback & Voice
- Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and other channels.
- Support the tracking and organization of responses to help identify trends and provide input for cultural and engagement improvements.

Event Planning & Coordination
- Assist with logistics, communication, and coordination tasks to support the execution of internal events, cultural celebrations, and recognition activities.

Collaboration with HR Teams
- Â Assist in coordinating with HR teams to help integrate culture and communications into talent development, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
