Here are some responsibilities for the potential Payroll Coordinator:Â
Â
- Assist team members with Payroll related inquiries and questions while maintaining compliance with Bryten policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
- Assist and support Payroll leaders with preparation of bi-weekly payroll processing
- Assist with data management including payroll reports and billables
- Assist and support HRIS system and team member files including maintaining accurate data, records and filing saving
- Assist and support Payroll leaders in responding to verifications of employment, wage claims and all other requests timely and efficientlyÂ
- Assist and support onboarding new team members including I-9 verification as well as various tax and payroll documentation as required
- Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes and employment law
- 3-5+ years of Payroll experience preferred.Â
