Here are some responsibilities for the potential Payroll Coordinator: 

 

  • Assist team members with Payroll related inquiries and questions while maintaining compliance with Bryten policies and procedures and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
  • Assist and support Payroll leaders with preparation of bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Assist with data management including payroll reports and billables
  • Assist and support HRIS system and team member files including maintaining accurate data, records and filing saving
  • Assist and support Payroll leaders in responding to verifications of employment, wage claims and all other requests timely and efficiently 
  • Assist and support onboarding new team members including I-9 verification as well as various tax and payroll documentation as required
  • Maintain knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes and employment law
  • 3-5+ years of Payroll experience preferred.
