Here are some responsibilities for the potential Regional Marketing Administrator:   

  • Conducts marketing audits across a variety of platforms, reports on results, and works with the marketing team to ensure compliance with best practices and National initiatives across the assigned portfolio.
  • Works with marketing team members to implement process improvements and programs targeted to increase marketing performance, promote efficiencies, and improve the overall performance of the assigned portfolio. Assist with auditing and managing changes in website platforms, ILS, content development, and event coordination such as Ground Breakings and Grand Openings.
  • Provides support and assistance to onsite teams, marketing team members, operations, key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, managing special projects and audits, and gathering data and reporting.
  • Fulfill marketing requests and collaborate with other internal departments as needed.
  • Manage and schedule photos shoots, drone photography, Matterport and virtual staging.
  • Assist in competitive research studies (e.g., websites, marketing materials).
  • Ensure compliance of all work-related activities in a fair, ethical and consistent manner. 
  • Any other task as assigned. 

As the ideal candidate, your background includes: 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to work with individuals at all levels in the organization to accomplish company and department goals.
  • Willingness (and excitement) to learn about Multifamily development and management.
  • Professional presentation and conduct.
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to organizational success.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple workstreams simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
