Here are some responsibilities for the potential Enterprise Solutions Specialist:Â Â Â
- Extensive knowledge of business applications used within the multifamily industry such as Yardi Voyager, RealPage, OneSite, and/or ResManÂ
- Familiar with basic accounting principles in order to interpret resident ledgers and communicate effectively with accounting personnel, corporate teams, and property teamsÂ
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and WordÂ
- Proficiency to set up a new property PMS (Property Management System) from start to finishÂ
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for team members seeking additional training, clarification, or supportÂ
- Monitor the help desk and provide Day to Day support for End-users across Property Management and other related software platformsÂ
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve support requests accurately and in a timely mannerÂ
- Troubleshoot and resolve software application issues, following the escalation paths when necessaryÂ
- Collaborate across departments to document and refine system processesÂ
- Act as Liaison between internal Bryten teams and Software VendorsÂ
- Maintain technical functionality of Operational and Financial reports as requested by Leadership. Document scope for creating additional reports as needed.Â
- Any other task as assigned.Â
As the ideal candidate, your background includes:Â
- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in English for business necessities including:Â
- Communications with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.Â
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersÂ
- Emergencies or other situations in which team members must speak a common language for safetyÂ
- Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both large and small group settingsÂ
- Experience in producing and explaining reports to Clients, Owners, Asset Directors, Site Teams, and new software usersÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Â
- Two or more years’ experience supporting IT applications used in the multifamily industryÂ
- Knowledge of cross-system integration and how applications interact within a property management technology ecosystem.Â
- Proficiency with basic SQL concepts with a working knowledge of database schema and structuresÂ
