Description

Mission of the Role (What you’ll be doing):

As E-Commerce Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and day-to-day operations of our E-Commerce division. Leveraging your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset, you will manage communications with suppliers, support internal cross-functional collaboration, and serve as a primary point of contact for online customers. Your ability to stay organized, multitask, and communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our online sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and committed to driving the continued success of our E-Commerce channel.

 

Key Duties & Accountabilities (Primary responsibilities & quantifiable measurement):

  • Management of inbound and outbound sales orders
  • Magento e-store support involving product data management and updating creative assets
  • Customer service responsibilities which include answering inquiries, coordinating sample requests and closing sales
  • Establishing, maintaining and building strong relationships with internal departments
  • Working with both existing and new vendors to identify opportunities and market trends, to achieve goals
  • Following up with vendors to resolve any related distribution issues
  • Handling all sample inventory management
  • Monitoring sales and margin performance
  • Assisting in purchase order creation, tracking and confirmation
  • Monitoring stock levels and initiating safety recommendations
  • Digital marketing support (PPC, SEO and social media)
  • Managing department expenses
  • Data analytics
  • Problem-solving
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

 

Qualifications

Qualifications (What you’ll need to be successful):

 

  • Post-secondary education in a related field required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of post-secondary work experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with MS Office
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics and reporting
  • E-Commerce experience is an asset (Magento, Shopify, Amazon)
  • Capability of measuring, analyzing and assessing ecommerce/sales trends
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Experienced in advanced selling tactics
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Proven team player who is both flexible and adaptable
