Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) - Pennsauken, NJ

Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM to 11 PM)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our production team. In this essential and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for unloading, storing, and delivering raw materials to key production machines. This position is critical to ensuring our manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move and supply raw materials to production equipment.

• Unload incoming floor-loaded materials (not on pallets) and store them in designated areas.

• Maintain accurate inventory and organization of raw materials.

• Keep the production floor clean, organized, and free of obstructions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent workflow and machine uptime.

• Learn additional tasks and roles within the facility as part of your growth and development.

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Ability to handle floor-loaded materials safely and efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and safety.

• Ability to work on your feet for long periods.

• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
