Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR or related experience; high school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of employment laws (e.g., FLSA, wage & hour, equal pay)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred (Paycom ideal)
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely
