Position Overview
As a Winter Guest Ambassador, you will be interacting with our guests by greeting them and providing them with equipment rentals, checking tickets and assisting in the shop. You will be offering our support with rental waivers and organizing equipment returns. You will be assisting with the proper fitting of equipment, making sure each guest enjoys a fun and safe experience! This position requires excellent organizational and customer service skills, experience isn't required, we will train you!
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and advice to help customers make informed rental and purchasing decisions.

Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed to ensure the Pro Shop is well-stocked and organized.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash or credit card payments, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.

Organize and display merchandise in an attractive manner to maximize sales and maintain a clean and well-organized Pro Shop environment.
