💰 Pay Range: $18.25 - $24.72/hour (based on experience)

As a Material Handler, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our production teams stocked, efficient, and running like a well-oiled machine. If you’ve got a strong eye for detail, operate forklifts like a pro 🚜, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — we want to meet you!

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Pull, stage, and deliver materials accurately to production areas

• Keep in-process inventory stocked and organized

• Safely load/unload products with forklift equipment

• Verify Bills of Lading and tag products accordingly

• Perform pre-use forklift inspections and report issues

• Keep accurate records of materials delivered and inventory moved

• ✅ What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of proven material handling or fork truck experience in a heavy manufacturing/machine shop setting

• Current forklift certification (OSHA compliant) or ability to obtain

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, follow directions, and meet deadlines

• Strong math, reading, and communication skills

• A safety-first mindset and attention to detail
