š§ Now Hiring: CNC Machine Center Operator for 3rd shift
š Location: Minonk, IL
š° Pay Range:
- CNC Machine Operator A: $25.75 - $34.57
- CNC Machine Operator B: $23.50 - $30.96
- CNC Machine Operator C: $22.50 - $28.45
šµ $2.50/hr Shift Premium
šÆ Classification based on experience and skills test performance
š§ š¹ What Youāll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC Milling Machine Centers to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Understands specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, etc.
- Translates instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function
- Prepares and loads raw materials and parts onto the machines
- Prepares a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
- Sets machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts
- Supervises the machines while they execute the tasks and makes any necessary adjustments to produce a better result
- Inspects and measures finished products and compares them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly
- Checks and maintains machinery daily to ensure functionality
