Role and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the set-up, maintenance and operation of the bar, and to provide exceptional customer service to all RS3 guests and hosts.
Basic office responsibilities
- Be in proper uniform when on the floor or at assigned area
- Prepare drink orders from patrons or wait staff
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons or bar and dining room staff following standard recipes
- Responsible for all financial transactions
- Order or requisition liquors, other beverages, and supplies
- Keep bar and station aesthetically pleasing at all times
- Prepare fruit/garnishment
- Wash and sterilize glassware
- Adhere to all TABC laws and regulations as well as the company policies
- Implements and enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of bar areas
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned
