Second Grade Teacher

Westchester Country Day School, a PreK-12 college preparatory school located in High Point, NC, seeks a Lower School Second Grade Teacher starting in the 2024-2025 school year. Candidate must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field of elementary education. Previous teaching experience is preferred. A team-oriented work ethic and an enthusiasm for helping children learn and grow are characteristics we are seeking in a candidate. Responsibilities include teaching Math, Science, and Social Studies to two second grade classes, evaluating students on their progress, team-teaching and coordinating schedules with the second grade language arts teacher, and other duties as assigned by the Head of Lower School.
