Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of five years’ experience working in the Human Services field, preferably in services for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), with indications of increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of service delivery systems, including regional centers and community integration.
- 4 years of experience in supervision and support of staff.
- 1 year of experience providing direct support to individuals with IDD.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Education:
- Master’s degree in human services or related field.
- CPR/First Aid Certification.
- Completion of person-centered thinking/planning training.
Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in the role of program director or department head in support of individuals with IDD.
