Our Mapleton Branch has a tremendous opportunity available for you! In this position, you are part of our vital retail services team - welcoming, serving and building relationships with our valued customers. You will have a variety of responsibilities, working in a fast paced and rewarding environment. You will add expertise and value to every customer interaction!

Important day-to-day responsibilities of a Personal Banker include:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to everyone you interact with!
• Cultivate and sustain courteous, professional, and long-term relationships with customers by consistently providing exceptional value.
• Master a well-defined and proven process to identify customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions.
• Open new accounts and efficiently execute a 7-90 process for all new customers.
• Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions using a cash recycler.
• Enhance customer relationships by adhering to all cultural standards, including maintaining regular eye contact, greeting customers by name, thoroughly researching necessary information, and assisting with all inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Safeguard customer information and educate others on how to protect their privacy.

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

• Previous banking experience preferred

Hours of availability: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday

Wage Range:  $18.00 - $24.00
