Job Summary

Job Summary:

Works collaboratively with other members of the department to complete tasks as assigned to support various business office functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other CMS or State mandated reporting requirements. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Receives calls, faxes, and emails regarding account status and will respond in accordance with script provided by billing team. 
  • Manages incoming payments from participants and post to the correct account. Will produce monthly bills for patients who are residing within an AL or NH.  
  • Copies and files all documents at the request of the billing team.
  • Learns and understands AP and AR systems, including proprietary systems and Excel and will provide data entry as directed by management.  
  • Assists covering for other clerical functions within PACE as needed including front desk, clerical, and/or social services as assigned
  • Perform coding of internal PCP transactions
  • Conduct audits and coding reviews to ensure all documentation is accurate and precise
  • Any and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.  

 

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
