Job Summary:
The Controller oversees and directs financial affairs of the organization and prepares financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules, for guidance of management and the board of directors. The Controller is also responsible for A/R and A/P management and the organization’s cash as well as relations with auditors and other finance-related service providers.

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a controller or senior accounting management role
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting standards
- Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA certification
- Experience with SOX compliance or internal audit functions
- Background in your industry or similar business model
- Experience managing accounting teams of 5+ people
- Knowledge of advanced Excel and data analysis
