Load Planner

We are in search of a detail-oriented and strategic Load Planner to oversee and organize the efficient loading and distribution of our goods.

The Load Planner will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and routing deliveries, as well as optimizing load capacities.

Load Planner’s duties will include communicating with drivers and customers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of all transportation activities.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management, and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Analyzing cargo lists and planning loads according to various factors such as weight, volume, and priority.
• Coordinating with brokers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilizing load planning software to optimize cargo placement and transportation efficiency.
• Communicating with customers to address inquiries or concerns regarding load planning.
• Revising load plans as necessary due to changes in cargo or transportation conditions.

• Develop effective schedules and routes for deliveries
• Maximize load capacities while ensuring safety and compliance

• Keep accurate records of all transportation activities
