Arlington Properties is looking for a Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts, maximize occupancy, and support the overall success of our community. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead leasing activities by interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Oversee and support Leasing Consultants, ensuring accuracy in leasing paperwork and application approvals.
  • Manage the renewal program, driving resident retention and satisfaction.
  • Provide property tours, highlight community benefits, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, leasing policies, and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of rental pricing, vacancies, lease expirations, and resident files.
  • Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including competitive market research and advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager and Maintenance Team to maintain curb appeal and property appearance.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of sales or leasing experience (property management or real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to build positive relationships with residents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management software preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
