LifeShare is seeking a dependable Blood Products Distribution Technician to join our hospital services team at our Beaumont donor center. The Technician will monitor blood product inventory levels, retrieve blood products from collections sites, receive and fulfill customer orders, and package and deliver blood and blood components to healthcare facilities and to other centers as needed. Providing excellent customer service and adhering to established quality practices, the Technician will help to ensure a safe blood supply is available at healthcare centers in our community when needed for traumas, therapies and treatments.

The beginning rate of pay is $14.43/hr. Work Environment/Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Requires handling of blood and blood products
- Ability to lift equipment, such as coolers, boxes and supplies up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation
- Requires operation of a Company vehicle; must possess a valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (3 years of licensed driving history and no DUI convictions and no more than 2 moving violations in past 5 years)
- Must be able to read and discern packaging labels and document orders
