Transportation Technician

The Transportation Technician is a vital part of the Transportation Department, responsible for the safe and timely transport of clients while supporting daily operational needs. This role involves maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness, assisting with scheduling and logistics, and communicating maintenance concerns to the Assistant Director of Facility Management. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to client safety and comfort during all transportation services.

Qualifications and Schedule

Candidates must possess a valid, non-probationary driver’s license from New Jersey or New York and maintain a clean driving record. A high school diploma or GED is required. The position also requires the ability to lift 50 pounds or more. This is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
