POSITION TITLE: Executive Protection Agent

 

JOB LOCATION: Salt Lake City, UT

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of this position is to ensure the safety and security of the primary principal and other executives. Employee will provide high-quality protective services and support while safeguarding the client's assets and reputation. This security professional may provide executive and/or personal security in domestic and international settings. WORK STATUS: Full-Time, non-exempt, W-2 Employee.

 

WORKING HOURS: Agents will be scheduled for full-day shifts based on operational needs. Shift times may vary. Overtime is available and will be compensated in compliance with applicable labor laws.

* Annual compensation range based on pay rate factored with projected annual hours.

 

 

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Perform executive security and physical protection measures for the client in various environments.
• Conduct security advances and logistical support for events, venues, and travel activities.
• Perform protective planning and field threat assessments.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding any sensitive information on the client, physical protection means, and methods.
• Interact professionally with team members, internal family, house staff, external individuals, and law enforcement officials.
• De-escalate tense situations that arise at the client's residence, schools, or temporary venues.
• Understand the client’s risks, including media, business and personal travel, domestic and foreign operations.
• Participate in event planning to ensure access control, asset protection, confidentiality, and other security matters are identified through a written plan accepted by the client.
• Secure public locations before client-attended events.
• Escort the client in public and maintain constant situational awareness and control.
• Provide Security Driving for the client and select family members or associates.
• Provide superior concierge-level, customer service-focused security.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding any sensitive information on the client, physical protection means, and methods.
• Interact professionally with team members, internal family, house staff, external individuals, and law enforcement officials.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency situations with a prioritized sense of urgency and maintain open communication flow with management staff.
• Understand the client’s risks, including media, business and personal travel, domestic and foreign operations.
• Follow company and client-directed Standard Operating Procedures.
• Professional demeanor in appearance, interpersonal relations, work ethic, and attitude.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
•Minimum 21 years of age.
•GED or High School Diploma, some college or a degree preferred.
•Pass an extensive background check after a contingent offer of employment is made.
•Steady, verifiable employment history.
•10 or more years of professional experience in relevant position(s).
•Possess a valid driver's license.
•Possess unrestricted work authorization.
•Must possess a valid US passport during the entire tenure of employment.
•Possess prior training and experience in relevant job knowledge, skills, and abilities.
•Ability to complete job-specific training and selection requirements.
•Works well independently and as part of a team.
•Trustworthy and aligned with the culture, ethics, and ethos of PFC.
•Takes responsibility for assigned and self-initiated tasks.
•Local permit(s) that are required to operate in the state where duties are performed.

 

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:
•Constant sitting, standing, walking on pavement and uneven terrain, clearly seeing both short and long distances, listening and speaking with clarity.
•Must be able to lift and/or move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
•Effective use of cellular devices is required for communication and task management.
•Will periodically ascend/descend stairs, drive a motor vehicle and move between office buildings and outdoor areas.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
•Work may be performed inside an office environment and/or private residence.
•Work may be performed outside in weather and elements on a very limited basis.
