Position Overview:

Travisa Financial is a fast-growing service-oriented wholesale mortgage lender. The Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive will be responsible for developing new relationships and maintaining existing partnerships with current and new mortgage brokers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to training partners on our products and services to achieve sales targets and goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comply with outside sales and reporting obligations, duties, requirements, and guidelines.
  • Tracking contacts in the company’s CRM
  • Build relationships with current and new mortgage brokers.
  • Maintain sales contacts, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports.
  • Train brokers on Travisa Financials products, policies & procedures to ensure all loan files are complete and within guidelines.
  • Work directly with brokers and loan officers on marketing programs.
  • Stay abreast of underwriting guidelines and program changes.
  • Pre-qualifying loan files.
  • Provide on-going service and support to brokers.
  • This position is ONLY for experienced candidates with an established book of clients.
  • Source and generate consistent leads – create strategic long-term relationships with prospective clients and follow-up on those leads in-person, on the phone and by making presentations on company products.
  • Source a new broker leads and obtains commitments from them to enter broker arrangements with the company.
  • Able to comply with the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook
  • Target production volume is a minimum of $10 million per month.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales
  • Minimum 5 years in the mortgage lending industry
  • Fast-learner and self-starter – training will be available for company-specific platforms, but experience in Word, Excel and other loan origination software is needed.
  • Encompass TPO Connect experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentation – able to present self professionally to internal team members and external partners.
  • Active Broker Connections
  • Customer service focused.
  • Ability to thrive in a production driven environment.

 

Travel:

  • As needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs.

 

Language:

  • English preferred, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.

 

Compensation:

  • PMG will offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant.
