REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience providing full-scope Mental Health services billing Medi-Cal is strongly preferred.
- Masters degree in social work or related field, with BBS registration (required) or licensure.
- Experience working in integrated service teams using participant-centered harm-reduction approaches.Â
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and familiarity with using a computer
- Bilingual, Spanish/English preferred.
- Able to listen with sensitivity to other peoples feelings, needs, and point of view.
- Excellent working knowledge of houselessness resources in the Bay Area. Â
- Possess a strong knowledge of and sensitivity to adults with substance abuse, domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, mental health issues, history of trauma and co-occurring diagnoses.Â
- Must have the ability to welcome and respect co-workers and client populations as unique individuals with different backgrounds, perspectives as well as differences in personalities, skill sets, life experiences, and knowledge bases.
- Lived experienced preferred, but not necessary.

OTHER:
Must secure finger image screening and annual TB screening. Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position which may include long periods at a desk and/or computer workstation, daily travel to various sites, and lifting of up to 25 lbs.
