Summary:
The Influencer Marketing Manager will develop and execute influencer program strategies for our portfolio of brands, which will include both in-kind and paid influencer campaigns across our portfolio of brands. This role will be responsible for developing and executing influencer strategies that align with each brand’s identity, audience, and growth goals. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical—capable of sourcing the right talent, building authentic partnerships, managing campaigns end-to-end, and working collaboratively with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated influencer marketing strategies—including both in-kind and paid partnerships—aligned with brand goals and core audience insights.
- Identify, vet, and secure influencers across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) using influencer discovery platforms and manual sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators, acting as the key point of contact throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to align influencer content with broader marketing campaigns and brand narratives.
- Manage influencer platforms and outreach tools to streamline sourcing, communication, and reporting.
- Work with external agencies as needed for high-tier or large-scale influencer partnerships.
- Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and compensation for paid partnerships.
- Track campaign performance, gather content, and analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) to optimize future strategies.
- Maintain influencer databases and regularly refresh talent pools to keep up with cultural trends and platform shifts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, creator economy shifts, and best practices to ensure innovative and relevant influencer programs
Pay Range: $73,500-$95,000
