Position Details

Location: Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (rotating schedule; weekend work required)

Starting Pay: $19.78 per hour

Days Off: Rotating; may include weekdays
What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting daily operations, including wheelchair and passenger assistance services

Managing staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational needs
-
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll submissions and personnel documentation
-
Communicating effectively with airline clients, airport authorities, and team members
-
Monitoring compliance with company, airline, and federal regulations
-
Reporting unusual events or concerns promptly to the Account Manager

Leading by example through professionalism, problem-solving, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
-
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Experience: Two to five years in aviation operations, customer service, or a related supervisory role
-
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Other Requirements:

Must pass a drug and alcohol test

Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or possess a valid work permit
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:

Stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.

Work in varying weather conditions (indoors and outdoors)

Maintain focus and attention in a busy airport environment
