Hourly Pay Rate: $16.35 plus tips

Position Objective:

Provide outstanding service to airline passengers requiring wheelchair assistance — ensuring their safety, comfort, and timely transport throughout the airport.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Safely transport passengers to and from gates, terminals, and designated areas

Maintain awareness of surroundings to avoid hazards and ensure passenger safety

Offer special assistance, general information, and directions as needed

Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents for efficient passenger handling

Adhere to TSA screening procedures and all security requirements

Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual events

Maintain accurate wheelchair log documentation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, squat, stoop, push, stand, and bend for extended periods

Must be able to lift and/or carry 75 pounds or more

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be 18 years or older (High School Diploma or equivalent may be required in some locations)

• Must have reliable transportation and a working phone

• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
