Location: Norfolk International Airport (ORF)
Pay Rate: $12.41/hr. + TIPS
Job Type: Full-Time | Wheelchair Agent
Shift: 3:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Must be available Sundays)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs throughout the airport, including terminals and gates.

Provide exceptional service and guidance to travelers, ensuring comfort and ease.

Maintain communication with dispatchers and gate agents to coordinate timely assistance.

Follow TSA security protocols at all checkpoints.

Document passenger interactions and any unusual incidents in daily logs.

Deliver a professional, friendly image when interacting with passengers, airline staff, and the public.
What We’re Looking For:

Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.

Must be 18 years old.

Comfortable bending, squatting, pushing, and standing for extended periods.

Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Dependable transportation and reliable contact number.

Ability to pass required drug and alcohol screenings (DOT/Non-DOT).

High School Diploma or GED (required in some locations for applicants over 18).
Training & Uniform:

Paid training provided by Huntleigh and airline partners.

Professional appearance required: neat grooming, company uniform, no visible tattoos above the neck or below the wrist, no facial piercings.
