Warehouse & Counter Sales Specialist

Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse and Counter Sales Specialist to assist the parts counter and warehouse operations in our Tallahassee, FL office. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for someone organized, dependable, and  personable.

Compensation: $45,000-$65,000

Responsibilities

• Lead counter sales and deliver excellent customer service
• Assist with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and logistics
• Manage inventory accuracy and conduct routine audits
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain safety standards and warehouse organization
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency
• Occasionally visit customers to distribute promotional materials, share information about current offers, and help strengthen relationships

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained in warehouse and counter sales operations
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting or familiarity with HVAC parts is a plus, but not required
   

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. and work in a warehouse environment.
