HVAC Service Sales Manager

Summary:

Brooks Building Solutions is looking for a results-driven Service Sales Manager to lead our commercial HVAC service and retrofit project sales team. You’ll drive revenue, coach a high-performing team, and work directly with building owners and facility managers to grow our service portfolio.

Qualified candidates must have five years of experience working in commercial HVAC.

Compensation:

Base salary starting at $135,000, plus a performance-based bonus. You will also receive a $700/month vehicle allowance and a gas card for business-related expenses.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of commercial HVAC sales professionals
• Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
• Build strong client relationships and identify new market opportunities
• Ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Review proposals and contracts to maintain quality and profitability

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical service/project sales experience
• 3+ years sales leadership or management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team motivation skills
• Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
