Revolution Brewing and our THC-infused beverage brand Reverb are seeking a strategic and creative Communications Manager to lead integrated communication efforts across both our beer and THC-infused beverage portfolios. This role will be responsible for driving external visibility and internal alignment through compelling storytelling, media relations, influencer marketing, content planning, and omnichannel communications. From traditional PR to digital platform campaigns and DTC web development, this role will work closely with leadership and brand teams to shape how we show up in the world and connect with consumers and stakeholders.

We’re looking for a communications professional with strong writing chops, media savvy, and digital fluency - you’ll be as excited about craft beer and hemp-derived beverages as you are about press strategy, websites, and content calendars. We’re excited to see you take ownership of executing these strategies across platforms and bring our brand voice to life through press outreach, content creation, and audience engagement.

This is an on-site role based at our Kedzie office in the Avondale neighborhood here in Chicago, requiring in-person presence 4-5 days per week. Team support at monthly events or activations is also expected and required. In this role you’ll:
- lead external communications efforts, including writing and distributing press releases, managing media and influencer relations, and securing high-quality earned coverage through compelling storytelling and strategic outreach.
- own and evolve the Reverb direct-to-consumer (DTC) website, overseeing content strategy, SEO optimization, user experience, and e-commerce functionality in collaboration with brand and creative teams.
- manage and produce email marketing campaigns for multiple audiences, including consumers, distributors, and internal stakeholders, focusing on driving engagement, DTC sales, and brand alignment.
- plan and execute influencer marketing and paid media campaigns that support product launches and brand priorities, including managing partners, budgets, and performance tracking across digital and traditional platforms.
- provide strategic oversight and support for social media channels, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity, optimizing content planning, and collaborating with the Creative Lead on production and performance reporting.
- coordinate communication strategy for events and brand activations, including media promotion, on-site support, and integration across PR, social, and email channels.
- identify opportunities for storytelling and visibility, staying ahead of media, digital, and cultural trends to enhance how Revolution and Reverb show up in the world.
