Summary
The Timex brand is looking for a social-savvy, self-starter who anticipates trends, is a storyteller and loves to surprise and delight a community of watch lovers and new consumers. The Social Media and Influencer Marketing Associate will play a key role in managing the Timex social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube) and influencer programs—fueling brand awareness, community growth, and cultural relevance. This individual understands platform-specific best practices and can seamlessly blend social content with data-driven insights to optimize performance. This role will be the eyes and ears of our audience, the go-to expert on who they are and what they're talking about and will work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Creative, Customer Service, DTC and Product teams to report on key insights to turn into actionable strategies. This role will be the brands social voice, build meaningful relationships, lead our social calendar, own end-to-end influencer campaigns and contribute to our follower growth and engagement rate KPIs by advocating for our brand and mission.
