In this position, you will be responsible for performing diversified duties, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.
JOB DUTIES:
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic,
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
- Adhere to company safety policies, procedures and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Tug and trike repair.
Requirements:
- Stand/walk 8+ hours, bend/squat.
- Lift up-to 50 pounds
- Work in a variety of climates
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
- Technical Degree or Certificate/Training with 2-3 years of experience
- Knowledge in the following trades: Mechanical, welding.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions,
- Ability to read and interpret documents, work orders and job documents.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors, crew leaders and coworkers.
